Wolf Family Christmas Party

It is that time of year again! It sure seems like this year has flown by in a hurry. Here is the information I have for you about the Wolf Family Christmas Party.

There will be a talent show that Jennifer Brooks will be in charge of. If you are interested in participating in the talent show please call Jennifer at 801-250-7540 so she can put the program together. This would be a fun time for your family to show off your unusual or wacky talents!
We need everyone's address or e-mail sent to Irene if she doesn't already have yours. You can call her at 801-968-8142.
Food assignments will be given when it gets a little closer to the party.

We are also having our annual auction. Please bring any items you would like to have auctioned off to the party with you.

Picnic Anyone

Hey everyone!! Hope you are all planning on coming to the picnic this Saturday, August 22nd! The easiest way to get to the park is 5000 South and Redwood Rd. Turn West for about 3 blocks the road dead ends into the park. If you are coming from I-215 - exit 4700 S. or Redwood Rd.

There are going to be so many fun things for the kids and Family to do!! We will be having an auction which you can purchase tickets for $2.00 ea. If you have any NEW items you would like to auction please bring them. All the Proceeds go to the BARN!

Wolf Family Picnic

Just letting everyone know that the Wolf Family Picnic is planned for Saturday, August 22nd at 3:00pm at the Vista Park in Taylorsville. Address is 5000 south 2100 west.

Each Family will bring their own meat and one side dish. We will have provisions to cook hamburgers and hot dogs. Bring your own condiments and Side dish to share.

VJ Wolf Family - Any side dish (fruit, chips, veggies, salads....)
Bonnie Wolf Family - any side dish
Dean Wolf Family - any side dish
Marv. Wolf Family - desserts
Careen Wolf Family - desserts
Arlen Wolf Family - Salads

Family Fund (garage sale) will provide paper products and lemonade

Cooking Begins At 4:30

Auction - $2 per ticket

Bring extra clothes if you plan on getting wet and lots of sunscreen for the kiddies! This will be a fun day so mark your calendars and clear the day!

Hey Everybody

It seems that there was a mix up with the Family Garage Sale. I got an e-mail saying that is was canceled so I posted that it was canceled until further notice. Then I got a message saying that the garage sale was a great success and we will be doing it again the following week same time same place. Well, I got that message a day too late. I am writing to apologize and I will figure out a better way to stay on top of the information coming my way.

If anyone has any pictures of the garages sale send them to me at the e-mail above. And let me know how it went. Or you can give me a call and I will walk you through how to make a post. It is really easy once you do it a time or two!

I was also asked if there was a way to get an e-mail every time I posted on here. I could e-mail you every time I post, but that would be double the work for me. I suggest you become a follower like Becky and I have done. If you have a blog you can add this to your friends list and it will show you every time there is an update. Or add this address to a favorites list or bookmark on your computer and check it once a week. If anyone has a blog that they would like to share with the family please let me know and I will add it on the side.

I know everyone has put a lot of work into this Family Yard Sale, but due to the weather we have decided to CANCEL for now. Keep posted for new date! Thanks everyone for all your hard work!

Family Information - What you should know

Carly called and asked me if I would make a family blog. I was so excited because this is the best way I keep up on all my friends. Now I get to keep up on all the happenings of the family. If you are interested in posting on the blog shoot me over an e-mail and I will post it for you. Our Family e-mail is tenwolfshowlin@yahoo.com. As you can see - on the right side of the blog are upcoming events and dates. Mark those on your calendars.

Family Garage Sale -- June 13, 7:00am to 3:00pm
Meili is working with a committee on this so call her with any questions. We would appreciate any help you could give. Join the family that day or just drop stuff off. All the money raised from this will go wherever it is needed most (family picnic, Christmas party...) Location Meili???

We also thought it would be a great idea to have a Family Picnic every year. Not everyone is able to make it to the camp-outs and still want to get together. We will have our first Annual Wolf Family Picnic August 15th. Time and place will be posted later. We will still have our biannual camp-out for those who can make it.

Barn Work Weekends - They are open to everyone who can help. They are Friday nights to Saturday days, but you can come up for an evening or a day if thats what works for you.
